Order 002/22
According to MATRIZ By-Laws (paragraph 4.6) it is necessary to conduct financial audit at least every 2 years. The previous congress did not elect the Auditing Committee and the
Chairman of the recent congress neglected to do it as well. While transferring administrative and financial documentation to the new MATRIZ Administration, I order:
- Executive Director Mr. Przytuła should select a qualified USA auditing firm for hiring to conduct audit of the financial activities of MATRIZ of the last 3 year. The firm should be officially registered and licensed to run business in the USA and internationally.
- Dr. O. Feygenson and Dr. M. Barkan should be officially informed of the coming audit for they will be contacted in regards to the audit.
