International Student Competition on Innovative Methods
Chinese TRIZ-related institutions have announced the 2026 Belt and Road and BRICS Competition of Skills Development and Technological Innovation – Innovative Methods Application Competition.
The competition invites student teams from universities around the world to submit projects demonstrating the application of systematic innovation methods such as TRIZ to real technical or societal problems.
Entries will first be evaluated during an online preliminary stage, after which selected teams will be invited to the international final. The final stage is planned to take place on site during TRIZfest-2026, creating an opportunity for students to present their work to the global TRIZ community.
The deadline for registration and project submission is May 31, 2026.
